We are deeply grateful for the gentle, loving, and dedicated care our mother received at Elle’s. From the very beginning, Elle’s felt like a warm, supportive extension of our own family. The low staff turnover and small caregiver-to-resident ratios ensured consistent, personalized care. Our mother was fortunate to have the same primary caregiver, Leo, throughout her 2.5 years there. Leo’s dedication and kindness were extraordinary; she cared for our mother as if she were her own family. Every resident at Elle’s is treated with respect and individuality, fostering a true sense of belonging. During our weekly visits, we had the pleasure of getting to know the other residents and growing fond of them as well. The home itself was always clean, inviting, and safe. They have a lovely, sunny back deck where our Mom enjoyed having lunch while watching the birds and admiring the magnolia tree and tomato bushes. We feel truly blessed that our mother spent the final years of her life in such a warm and compassionate home. Elle’s will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

When it was clear my father needed 24/7 care, we searched for an adult family home vs. a facility, and I am so grateful we found Elles Senior Care. We were so concerned about the transition of moving my father from his home of 50 years to a new environment. Tigist and her team made the transition as seamless as possible and their caring, kind, and respectful approach made the adjustment much easier on all of us. My father received a tremendous amount of support and interaction from each caregiver, and they all grew a mutual fondness for each other. When I would come to visit, I would often find caregivers having conversations with my father and joking around with him, he had a great sense of humor and loved teasing and jokes. Regular nursing and medication administration was provided. Meals were home cooked and nutritious. The home was clean and easy to navigate. And, my father received regular hair and nail care, which was a welcome bonus. When my father’s life began to wind down and he was transitioning out of the living world, he continued to receive loving care from Elles, and we were also able to bring in Hospice to aid in his transition. I will be forever grateful for the experience we had at Elles and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nurturing environment for their aging loved one. Everyone who works at Elles is dedicated to caregiving with tender loving kindness and respect.
